Situation analysis of resource centres

This is a report on the status of 7 Resource Centres in Ethiopia which were set up as part through a bilateral co-operation project between the Ministry of Education in Ethiopia and the Finnish Foreign Ministry. Resource Centres are a significant part of the Special Education strategic framework which was operationalised since 2012. This reports details the findings of a detailed review carried out through interviews and focus groups at each RC. It highlights key tensions, challenges and positives and makes recommendations for further development of these and new RCs in this context.
