Abstract

This chapter provides the reader with two distinct cases with teaching notes. The first case follows a first-generation, British-Asian female entrepreneur and the opportunities and challenges she faced as an entrepreneur and as a mother. This case is broken into three parts, which can be delivered together or separately for online or in-person delivery. The second case follows a second-generation, British-Asian entrepreneur and her multi-identity journey, as she works to find balance between her Western and Eastern cultures. This is a longer case, which follows a more ‘descriptive’ style, which will allow educators flexibility in its delivery.
