Gaynor Cross

I have worked in marketing for over 15 years' across the private, charity and public sectors. I am currently a Lecturer in the disciplines of Marketing and Business/Project Management. I have a extensive practicioner background covering print, digital and event marketing. I have examined for the Chartered Institute of Marketing and also written  the exam questions for a level 4 unit. I have taught CIM courses and been awarded commendations for my teaching. I am CIM Prof Dip, PTLLS and PRINCE II qualified. In May 2013 I gained a MA (Marketing and Innovation) which further bolsters my skill set. I am a qualified academic - holding the PG Cert and TAQA qualifications. I also hold the Level 3 Award in Undertaking End-Point Assessment (RQF).

I am a co-opted Governor for a local Primary School, an Ofsted Inspector, an assessor for City & Guilds and the Chartered Management Institute, and an External Examiner for The University of Law.

I have designed and delivering workshops (Stepping Stones into Marketing) for Ad:Venture and have recently completed a project with McGraw-Hill publishers which involved creating supplementary content for a leading Marketing textbook (Principles and Practice of Marketing, 9e (authors: David Jobber & Fiona Ellis-Chadwick).
