Adept in project team dynamics, curriculum design and assessments at all levels, including working to tight deadlines. He also has exceeding ability in parametric and non-parametric research with a keen interest in bespoke technology for the econnomic empowerment of construction SMEs; the harmonisation of construction practices aross economic regions, working towards minimum housing istandards n the SADC region; increased utilisation of alternative low carbon building materials, building pathology and the conservation and retrofitting of heritage asserts, wider use of artifical intelligence and machine learning in buildings, technologies for increased complianace and monitoring regimes for improved safety and wellness of construction workers . He believes passionately in balancing the nexus between teaching and research and its criticalness in projecting excellence and widening access to equitable education and a world of unified approaches to social justice, the abolition of child labour and gendergap issues in the global construction sector.
