Biography

I completed my PhD in Organisational Behaviour at Loughborough University in 2018.  The thesis was titled 'The Influence of Personality Traits and ICT use on the Boundary Management of Home Based Teleworkers'. The mixed methods thesis focussed on the work-nonwork boundary management practices of people working from home, specifically focussing on the ways in which they used technologies and how these influenced their work-nonwork boundaries.

My main areas of research interest are wellbeing at work, how personality influences ICT use and the way that people work, the way that people manage their work-life boundaries and new ways of working such as remote and home working.
