Biography
Having over 20 years of experience in the Criminal Justice System as both a Chartered Forensic Psychologist and Prison Governor, I am a skilled practitioner who also has a proven track record in change management. I have strong people skills with a commitment to empowering and realising potential. In this new phase in my career, I am focused on developing my academic research and teaching knowledge and competency. I am passionate about addressing social and gender inequality and improving outcomes for all who come to contact with rehabilitative agencies.
