Dr Ann Marie Mealey obtained her Ph.D in moral theology from Saint Patrick’s College, Maynooth, having also studied at La Sorbonne, Paris IV, Institut Catholique de Paris, and the K U Leuven.  Dr Mealey teaches moral theology in the department of theology and religious studies at Leeds Trinity.

Research interests

Ann Marie has a particular interest in the work of Paul Ricoeur and how it relates to current debates in Catholic moral theology. She is the author of The Identity of Christian Morality (2009), as well as other scholarly articles that relate to her area of specialism.
