Biography
Alison is an experienced teacher educator and primary school teacher who has taught in schools across North Wales and London and worked in several universities supporting student teachers. Her research focuses on creativity, professional identity, and the emotional dimensions of teacher education. Having recently completed her Doctorate in Education, Alison’s research explores the complex relationships between teacher education and research engagement. Using narrative methodologies, her work examines how teacher educators make sense of their professional identities and experiences through story, reflection, and emotion.
