The theme of Education is explored through research and knowledge exchange via the topics of curriculum development; teacher development; teacher retention and resilience; teaching strategies; subject pedagogy; teacher and practitioner research; action research; and learning and teaching outside the classroom.
ICE provides ongoing Continuing Professional Development, Early Career Teacher support, and Professionally accredited courses for the school system in areas including SEND, Curriculum Development and Leadership, and Subject Pedagogy.
