Welcome to the Faculty of Business, Computing and Digital Industries at Leeds Trinity University.
The Faculty aims to develop highly employable, socially, and ethically responsible, and digitally capable graduates. We will support business and our communities to grow and develop. Our collaborative research inspires our students, informs our teaching and supports business and community.
The Faculty boasts a wealth of staff expertise across a range of disciplines, a strong focus on the development of employability skills in our students and an emphasis on research, particularly through the work of our research centres and groups.
Our current undergraduate and postgraduate programmes cover Business, Computer Science, Media, Film, Television, Journalism, English and Creative Writing and Construction and the Built Environment.
Staff also deliver apprenticeship programmes and CPD to external organisations, with a track record in business, computer science, AI, Machine learning, media training and social media development, TV documentary along with business development.
Thanks to excellent facilities, the Faculty can offer its students the opportunity to work with industry-standard equipment and on a plethora of projects, many of which are outward-facing or involve work with external clients or organisations.
Our staff have strong links with employers and a range of professional organisations. These links are used to bring real-world issues into teaching sessions, to underpin our placement provision for undergraduate students and to provide a range of opportunities for experts to visit the University or students to get involved with external events.
