This funding was used to support the issues identified across the Yorkshire and Humber region including some of gaps in training and skills. Our offer was based on what the research told us, in order to upskill SEND teams and build resilience as well as providing a better service to families. We delivered a review of training, a regional SENDAR conference, training plan development and LA consultations.
