Description
Research Seminars Key for establishing a solid research culture, I have also been leading initiatives like monthly Research Seminars, providing a platform for both senior academics and early-career researchers. Through my leadership in the Research Seminars, three of our PhD students had the opportunity to present their finding and to get valuable feedback from more senior colleagues, while three more had the seminars arranged to launch their newly published books. I also supervise a PhD student and act as internal examiner for other PhD students. In that I contribute to LTU strategic plan, which states that “we will build a positive research culture that champions inclusivity and creative and collaborative approach” (p.20).
