Biography

Emma Roberts is Associate Principal Lecturer in Organsations and HRM. As learning and teaching champion for the department team she is focused on enhancing the learning and teaching quality across the programmes as well as continuing to embed professional development and employability skills across module content and assessment.

Development of new courses and pedagogic techniques relating to flipped classrooms, screencasting and work-related assessment. Disseminated at Leeds Trinity development days.

Delivered session for Y&H Learning network for Organisational Development- March 2014.

Developed ‘Leadership’ module with post-experience students in Faculty of education, delivered as UG module for 2011 and PG module  in 2014.
